Primary Purpose

To establish an organization or association that will bind people with the same political ideas and beliefs; to take part in an election in government for the purpose of getting as many members into the government representative body and influencing government policies in accordance with its political ideas and principles.

Secondary Purpose

The Party may reasonably be necessary, proper, or convenient for the due accomplishment of any of the objectives and purposes herein enumerated, may exercise any and all rights, powers, and attributes such as but not limited to the following:

1. To create, establish maintain and act as a non-profit organization for raising funds and resources, formulating and implementing programs in support of the KILUSANG BAGONG LIPUNAN (KBL) Party and its members;

2. To impose and collect, a reasonable amount of dues or membership fee from its members on a monthly basis or as may be determined by the Board of Trustees as they see fit to augment and cover regular and ordinary administrative expenses of the Party;

3. To receive gifts, legacies, donations, contributions, endowments, grants, and financial aid or loans from whatever source, and to pay or apply the income together with the principal or such part thereof to cover operational expenses as shall be determined by the Board of Trustees to such endeavors as may be necessary to carry out the objectives and purposes of the Party;

4. To own, acquire, and lease real or personal properties necessary and useful to attain the objectives of the organization;

5. To undertake projects and programs involving and providing financial or material counterpart assistance to members and candidates, when the Party determines to be in need of such forms of assistance. ;

Provided that the corporation shall not solicit, accept or take investments/placements from the public neither shall it issue investment contracts.
